In case of recharging the electronic wallet (EP) via ODISKA e-shop, you can start using this EP only after uploading the amount to the card chip. This upload is guaranteed on all devices in the ODIS system within 24 hours (with a DPO carrier already within 4 hours).

In case of recharging the EP Credit Ticket, the money is credited to the card immediately after the bank confirms the payment.

The Electronic Wallet is the electronic money balance recorded in the memory of the ODIS or Credit Ticket.

The electronic wallet can be used primarily for single fare purchases via self-service terminals in the vehicles of the Ostrava Transport Company or at the check-in facilities of regional bus drivers.
The electronic wallet can be used on the ODISka and on the Credit Ticket.
Money can be deposited into the electronic wallet at the e-shop www.odiska.cz, at sales contact points, at DPO ticket offices or with drivers in regional transport vehicles.
The e-wallet balances on ODISka cards are updated as data is sent from the check-in facilities of each carrier. Data delivery can take up to 3 days. The displayed balance is indicative only.
