If you are interested in purchasing a long-term time ticket, you have several options:
  • via the ODISka e-shop without logging in,
  • via the ODISka e-shop with login,
  • at any ticket shop,
  • at any ČD ticket counter within ODIS with payment in cash,
  • in Transdev Morava s.r.o., Z-Group bus a.s., ARRIVA autobusy a.s., Transdev Slezsko a.s. and trains of GW Train Regio a.s. with payment in cash or from EP

A maximum of four valid or future valid time tickets (with the same or overlapping validity period) can be purchased simultaneously for one ODISka card.
The validity of the ODISka card is at least 5 years from the date of manufacture.
The usual deadline for handing over the ODISka card to the applicant is 14 days from the payment of the card. For express production, it takes 3 working days (an express card can only be requested in person at a DPO store). The specified deadline is only indicative.

At any time after the submission of the application, the Publisher is entitled to set the date for taking over ODISka card even later than the date specified in the application.

The ODISka card can be handed over to the applicant even before the set day of taking over the ODISka card. The fee for processing ODISka card within the standard period is 130 CZK and for express processing is 300 CZK.
ODISka is the only mutually recognised electronic means of payment valid for carriers providing public passenger transport within the Integrated Transport System of the Moravian-Silesian Region ODIS. It can be used in two basic ways:
a) as a carrier of long-term time tickets,
b) as an electronic wallet.
A company account can be created during registration by ticking the Register as a business box and then filling in the necessary details. You can then order an ODISka card in the Order ODIS card section in the left side menu.
In case of loss or theft of the ODISka card or for other reasons on the customer's side, the active ODISka card can be blocked. The blocking of the ODISka card can be done in the e-shop or at the contact point. After a new ODISka card has been made, the long-term time ticket and the balance of the e-wallet from the blocked ODISka card can be transferred to the new ODISka card.

The ODISka card can be purchased in two ways:

  • At the Publisher's contact points, which can be found at https://kodis.cz/info-centers
    In the case of ordering an ODISka Card at the contact points, the applicant must pay the fee for ordering an ODISka Card according to the current price list, fill in the ODISka Card Application Form and provide proof of identity, a current ID-size photograph and, if applicable, proof of entitlement to a discount according to the ODIS Tariff, if the applicant is entitled to a discount.
  • On the ODIS E-shop website: odiska.cz

The discount is subject to proof of your entitlement to the discounted fare. Verification of entitlement to the discounted fare can be done in two ways:

a) in person at the contact point after presenting the necessary documents,

b) online in the e-shop in the section Customer detail after uploading a photo, personal and discount documents. This verification is only used for mobile ODIS and bank payment cards (long term time fares). At the same time, the data is used to apply for a new personal ODISka card (physical card).

Delivery is possible in two ways:

  1. Takeover at the contact point
    The customer can collect the made ODISka card at the chosen contact point. In the event that verification of entitlement to the discounted profile has not been made at the time of submission of the ODIS Application, it is only possible to collect the made ODIS at the contact point, together with the submission of confirmation of the Applicant's entitlement to the discounted profile according to the ODIS Tariff. The Customer shall present a personal document when collecting the ODIS.
  2. Delivery by post
    A customer who orders a full profile ODIS, an anonymous ODISka card or who has already verified his/her discount profile can have the ODISka card delivered by post to any address within the Czech Republic, only by registered mail. The price of delivery is according to the price list of the Czech Post s.p.

The condition is that the card is blocked by the passenger and the card is actually blocked within three days of the passenger's request.
  6. Individual fares can also be paid from the ODISka card electronic wallet on buses of the carrier ARRIVA autobusy a.s. in other regions.
The publisher needs to check the technical quality of the photograph. The approval of the photo will take place within the next two working days.
If you choose to pay with a credit card when you make a purchase on the e-shop, it is possible to buy a voucher for the same day.In the case of payment by bank transfer, the start date of the coupon's validity is set to a minimum of 5 calendar days from the creation of the order to ensure sufficient time for the payment to be credited to the Operator's account before the start of the coupon's validity. Only student 5-month (starting either 1.9. or 1.2.) and 12-month (starting 1.9.) tickets can be purchased retroactively, no later than 2 months after the start of the period.
After logging in (or registering), click on the Registrate Card tab in the left menu. Then just select the account you want to assign the ODIS card to and fill in the 18-digit number on the front of the card.
The validity of the ODISka card is indicated on the reverse side. The ODISka card is valid for a minimum of 5 years from the date of manufacture.

For whom the service is intended:

- for students, ODIS holders who also hold an ISIC card valid for the current academic year

How it works:

• The student must have a "verified ODIS". Verified ODICs are primarily new (grey) ODICs that the holder has picked up at a pre-sale location.

• Information on whether an ODIS card is verified can be found in the ODIS e-shop www.odiska.cz . In the "Card Overview" section of a specific ODIS card, the user selects "Next" and then "Card Information".

• You will see whether the card is authenticated.

• If the card is not verified, the user must come to the DPO shop or the ODIS Transport Information Centre with the relevant ODIS card and a personal document (ID card or passport) to verify his/her identity.

• If the card is verified, you can enter your ISIC card number in the relevant field in the "Card information" section of the e-shop. The personal details on the ISIC card (first name, last name, date of birth) must match the personal details on the ODIS card.

• The student profile can then be extended for FREE at the DPO machine. The student profile is renewed by attaching the ODIS to the machine reader and pressing the "Update Student Profile" button. If the student is eligible for a student profile, a time limit will be displayed for reattaching the ODIS to the reader and uploading the student profile. When renewing the profile, it is checked whether the ISIC card is valid for the current academic year.

What are the benefits for student passengers:

- Passengers do not have to queue at the pre-sale point, which usually forms at the beginning of the school year,

- profile extension at the machine is FREE.

For whom the service is intended:

For students of the VŠB, holders of special VŠB ID cards, who are enrolled as full-time students at the VŠB in the current academic year

How it works:

If a student of the VŠB is enrolled in full-time studies in the current academic year, he/she can renew his/her student profile on the DPO machine without further delay. The student profile is extended by attaching the ODIS to the reader of the machine and pressing the "Update student profile" button. If the student is eligible for a student profile, a time limit will be displayed for reattaching the ODIS to the reader and uploading the student profile.

When you purchase a long term time ticket or charge an EP directly at the ticket office or on board the vehicle, the long term time ticket is immediately loaded into the card's memory. If the long term time ticket or EP is purchased via the e-shop, it is physically loaded onto the card:
  • by attaching the ODIS to the self-service terminal in DPO vehicles (no sooner than 4 hours after purchase),
  • to the terminal with the MDPO driver (no earlier than 4 hours after purchase),
  • by attaching the ODIS to the driver's terminal in the vehicles of suburban and other urban bus carriers (at the earliest 24 hours after purchase),
  • by attaching the ODIS to the conductor's terminal, to the self-service terminal on the train or at the station (at the earliest 24 hours after purchase),
  • when purchasing individual tickets from the EP ODIS at the ČD ticket counter (at the earliest 24 hours after purchase).
  • For carriers in the Zlín Region commitment, it is not possible to upload an e-shop transaction made on the ODIS e-shop to the card chip.


The validity of the ODISka smart card is limited in time, indicated on the card. When purchasing a coupon, the time validity of the coupon must not exceed the validity of the ODIS card.

Exceptions are purchases of coupons for the tariff profiles Adult, Pensioner, Person 65+ and Person 70+, for which a coupon can be purchased on the E-shop with a time validity exceeding the validity of the ODISka card, provided that the initial validity of the coupon is at least 30 days before the end of the validity of the ODISka card.

In case of purchase of a coupon over the validity of the ODIS, the User must order the production of a new ODISka card in time and transfer the coupon to the new ODISka card before the expiry of the original ODISka card. A passenger with a valid coupon on an expired ODIC will be considered as a passenger without a valid travel document.
